Early in Career:
Students & New Graduates
Looking for an internship? You’re in the right place! Start your career with meaningful work, clear expectations, and opportunities to make an impact from day one.
Our Workforce Future Model
The future of work is about capabilities, not just job titles. Workforce Futures helps Lumen identify and develop future-ready talent with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed in the AI economy.
Candidates apply to a Workforce Futures pipeline rather than a single internship role. One application can open the door to multiple opportunities that draw on similar skills and capabilities. As the recruiting process progresses, candidates will have opportunities to connect with hiring managers and learn more about specific internship assignments.
Opportunities for Our Early in Career Talent
Across our early career programs, you’ll do valuable work, take ownership of projects, and learn how outcomes are delivered, not just how tasks are assigned.
