F.A.R. Overview

With 4, 6-month rotational assignments, F.A.R. provides exposure to different areas of the business and supplemental education resources that will accelerate your career path.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”)
  • Internal Audit
  • Investment Management (Pension)
  • Investor Relations
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics
  • Real Estate Finance
  • Tax
  • Treasury and Debt Capital Markets

What You Will Need To Succeed:
  • Superior record of achievement both within and outside the classroom 
  • Intellectual Curiosity and a desire to understand and improve processes
  • Major in either Accounting, Finance or Quantitative Analysis​​​​​​​
  • Exposure to operational and financial accounting concepts
  • Ability to relocate to Broomfield, Colorado (relocation assistance will be provided)
