Overview
Day in the Life
Work independently on service order/repair requests for Lumen customers via telephone or on the premises.
Varying Shifts
May work varying shifts and hours, including possible overtime, weekends, and holidays. May be assigned to work out of town for varying lengths of time.
Physical Requirements
May perform strenuous physical activities, including climbing & working at elevations higher than 18ft, working in confined spaces, and lifting over 75 pounds.
