Doea Lumen use AI or automated interviewing?

For some roles, Lumen does use an online skills-based assessment hosted by our vendor partner Vervoe. The skills-based assessment is designed to give you a chance to show how your skills align with the basic skills needed for success on the job. The system scores your answers based on what Lumen leaders and subject matter experts have identified as a great answer. Lumen’s Talent Acquisition team routinely audits assessments to make sure that the system is

accurately scoring candidate responses.

If an assessment is required for a role you will receive additional communication

after applying for the requisition with information on how to complete the assessment.

To remain in consideration for these positions, it is recommended that you complete

the assessment as soon as possible, but at latest within 3 days of your application date.

How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made?

How can I send a follow up thank you letter to my Interviewers?
