FRIENDS
Lumen Friends
The Lumen FRIENDS ERG mission is to encourage each other to become Friends who Respect and Inspire Everyone in Need of Disability Support.  We will achieve this by bringing awareness to the different forms of disabilities, provide education, resources, and a lending hand to others in need of FRIENDS.
GLOBAL
Lumen Global Community
​​​​​​​The Global Community ERG is focused on making Lumen the employer of choice and an employee friendly workplace by positively impacting the global environment through socially responsible strategies and activities giving employees the opportunity to connect and make a broader impact.
Lumen Millenial Minds
We aim to invigorate, inspire and architect support for a new and growing generation of the workforce – the Millennials, as well as provide the knowl-edge for others to effectively work alongside this generation
Lumen PAAN
The mission of the Pacific Asian Ancestry Network (PAAN) organization is to embrace the pluralistic values and vision of Lumen Tech and its subsidiaries by providing the Asian/Pacific Islander perspective to advance professional development and networking opportunities for its members, participate in community service activities and promote diversity and inclusion.
Lumen Pride
The PRIDE ERG exists to strengthen the supportive environment surrounding our lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ+) employees, assist in creating a workplace that is more inclusive, and raise awareness of issues important to our members; all the while furthering the Lumen Technologies vision, mission and values. We aim to work in coalition with other ERGs to promote a positive culture for all employees, enhance the workplace environment through our actions, and deliver impactful results.
Lumen SOMOS
SOMOS strives to partner with Lumen to advocate diversity as a business strategy, to encourage the growth, advancement and cultural enrichment of its members and Lumen employees.
Lumen Vets
Partner with Lumen to help Lumen Veterans, their families and friends, to realize their potential and impact their communities. To support and participate in company policies and programs in which Veterans are respected, valued, and afforded equal opportunities.
Lumen Voice of Many Feathers
Voice of Many Feathers strives to build an understanding between cultures so we can work more effectively together, to assist and support Native American/ Indigenous peoples 
efforts in pursuit of educational endeavors, career advance-ment, and personal growth, and to represent Native American/ Indigenous peoples employee issues and concerns.
Lumen Women Empowered
WE support our members in discovering and claiming their personal power, provide resources, drive inclusive change, and progress women forward.  In order to improve lives, strengthen the business, and connect with communities, WE form a culture of inclusion, providing opportunities for all Lumen-women and their allies to succeed.

Our approach to diversity and inclusion has evolved to center on the belief that creating and maintaining a diverse workforce takes all of us. We believe we’ll make more progress by having a team of leaders from around the business driving different programs and initiatives.
